Uh... yea. EDIT: It is perfect and, like the guy below, seemingly unnecessary yet necessary.

Short, to the point. Seems perfect. I read this and I see someone who is maybe even annoyed that they have to write this addendum because they have moved far beyond this. It gets out that you did not have a particular issue with alcohol.

Most importantly it removes fear that this is reflective of your character while also not being an excuse. I personally think its perfect.

haha, I'd check with your campus judicial affairs office first. I was a RA, and wrote up people left and right for liquor/marijuana/etc. At my school, however, housing violations do not go on your campus judicial record, they just remain within housing, unless it was extremely serious (which then, would be elevated to the campus-wide judicial process), and eventually completely expunged once you moved out. If dorm liquor/weed violations had to be reported, I'd venture ALOT more people would be submitting addendum's.
