My GPA is a 3.0, but will be about a 3.1 or 3.2 when I graduate in May.
My LSAT is 167, but there's a decent chance I could improve that if I prepared better for a retake.
I was going to apply this year, but it was a little late in the cycle and I wanted to get into the best school possible for me.
Basically, I'm looking for an East Coastish school that has the best program possible with my numbers. I'd consider the Midwest, but the Mid-Atlantic or South is really where I'd prefer to be. Or any school that places well into NY/DC/Bos. I'm just wondering what people think the best I could do with those numbers would be.
Thanks.

Re: Where to apply next cycle
Sample list with chances:
UT- Most likely Out
WUSTL- Prob In with shot at $$
ND- 50/50
BU- Most likely WL->Out
BC- Most likely WL->Out
Illinois- Prob In with shot at $$
W&L- Prob In with shot at $$
Fordham- Got a shot, but good chance of WL
GW- Prob Out
Emory- Good shot, might get $$
W&M- Prob WL
Maybe add 1-2 safeties in areas you wouldn't mind living after graduation.
3 points could help a lot and give you somewhat of a shot at Michigan, Virginia, NU (if you have at least 1 yr w/e), Cornell, and GULC. If you have the time I would say retake.

Re: Where to apply next cycle
So you are going from a 3.0 to a 3.2 in one semester? I don't know if you can assume a 4.0 at the beginning of March. Not saying you won't do it, but you know what they say about people who assume.
