West Virginia College of Law Web Dubois Scholarship

This past weekend I received an email encouraging me to apply for a fellowship West Virginia University offers to graduate and professional students (including law school). It provides a remission of tuition and an annual allowance to African American students. First, does anyone know if this means I have been accepted to the law school? Secondly, does anybody know any more specific information about the fellowship?
