Graduating Early -- Report to schools?

Post by colin » Sun Feb 07, 2010 6:43 pm

Hey everyone :-)

I sent out ten applications, all of which went complete early- to mid-January. I have a 164 LSAT and 3.46 GPA from Northwestern, double major in Econ and Legal Studies.

I've been accepted to DePaul and Loyola so far, but waiting anxiously to hear back from Cardozo and Fordham (among others). In the meantime, though, I've discovered in the past week that I'm eligible to graduate at the end of this quarter (we're on quarter system at Northwestern), so I'll be finished with school in March instead of June, which is what I reported on my applications.

My question is whether or not I should notify the law schools that I'm graduating early, whether this will help or hurt me, and how to best inform them if it is necessary.

Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks,

Colin
