So, I sent rec letters to be sent out about 3 weeks ago, and they have not yet posted to my lsac account. Should I start bugging those people for the letters yet?
Also, how bad is it that I am applying for UMiami in Fall, but will not take my LSAT until February? Should I just try for next year regardless of the decision?

I would ask them about it and reiterate that it's important for them to be quick.
As for Miami...Are they definitely your number one choice? What is your GPA? How have you been doing on your LSAT practice tests? Is waiting for next cycle an option for you?
Once you answer those questions, we'll all be able to give you much better advice.
