For the most part it seems most everyone is pretty conservative. You have to wonder with ATL in the ratings game if USNWR might get a little frisky with their selections this year.

Some years they change up methodology without hinting at it and shake up the rankings big time on release. I got an inquiry today about a rumor that they would start counting transfer stats (LSAT, ugpa) but that seems unlikely for a few reasons.

Oh that reminds me. I spoke with the dean of a law school last week. He mentioned that some of the schools that took a huge hit to admissions numbers -- it was the first year everyone was audited externaly -- so perhaps it wasn't just the overall dip in applications. That's an interesting rumor (just speculative) for everyone.

Me too. I would copy your rankings and auto-win.

If just be looking at the same data that you guys are and blind to much of the rest, like spending etc. so I doubt I'd do much better. I don't think Florida State or Auburn will be 1 & 2 again though.
