Definitely not 4 -- if you believe you have a "great job," you might have a hard time trying to sell your desire to go to law school (especially since, ultimately, you might not have a "great job" if a job at all). And, obviously, you'd be leaving your great job.

I would do #1 and #3 in one PS, with a bit about #2. I can see something about admiring and emulating your mother's strength.
