Hazlewood Act Forum

Hey all,

Does anybody have experience with the Hazlewood Act/Legacy Program? From what I've gathered, I am eligible to receive benefits through the Legacy Program, but I would like to know if there is any way to get an official designation from a law school (specifically the University of Houston) before committing to that school. I emailed UH's admissions department and the only information they gave to me was that they would begin accepting Hazlewood applications in August after I have registered for classes, which means I will have to commit before knowing about my eligibility. If it turns out that I am ineligible and will have to pay nearly full price anywhere I go, I would rather go to a higher ranked, out-of-state school, so I want to get as much information as possible before I decide on anything.
