I submitted FAFSA about a year ago (spring before law school), which resulted in $0 need-based aid. Is it possible to resubmit now and get some $? My 2010 income is much lower than 2009 (worked part year), other factors didn't change much.
As you can tell, I'm not very fluent re:financial aid process, so any help is much appreciated.

I can just speak from UG experience on this, but you have to do it every year and they recalculate need based on the prior year's taxable income. So, yes, resubmit and good luck.
I don't think that there is any grant aid from FAFSA beyond a bachelor's degree though.
