I just completed the FAFSA and I am also filling out the NeedAccess forms at the same time. What have people been putting for Estimated Income and Expenses for 2011? The 2010 info was easy to fill out because my parents completed their 1040, but are we supposed to put estimates for the 2011 information since we won't be filing those tax returns till next year? This is my first time filling out financial aid information, I appreciate your help.
Edit: The reason I'm confused is because my mom may be receiving a promotion and tenure this year so I don't know whether to include that information or not. Should I just put the 2010 income and but raise the values 5%?
