Are there constant distractions, if so what are they?
What are the most difficult aspects of a counselors day?
Does communication with students or prospects seem to be an area of challenge for the administrative offices such as admissions, financial aid, career services, student life?
How many phone calls and emails come in on a daily basis, and would these offices see a benefit in having the ability to chat online with students and their parents rather than taking phone calls?
I am applying for a employment with local colleges and universities and want to know what i am getting into...
