LSAC Fee Waiver

Post by 180lawstudent » Wed Feb 17, 2010 5:32 pm

I applied for the fee waiver in late December or early January. I had to use my 2008 tax returns I am a independnet and made about $40k. But in 2009, I made less than $20k.

How can I get LSAC to consider my 2009 taxes; instead of my 2008?

Wait until March or April and reapply, when they start accepting 2009 tax forms. You'll surely get denied with $40k, but you have a chance with < $20k.

THANK YOU!!!! WHEW~~~~

I already paid for the LSAT for my June test though. I probably should have waited a little while longer. Oh well, as long as everything is waived....I'm good.

If they approve the waiver later on, you can request a refund for the LSAT.
