Unfortunately you aren't considered a URM. Could make a good PS topic though.

As previously stated, you aren't an URM. However, if being part of a group (any group) gives you something unique to talk about and it has had a tangible impact on your life, put it either in your personal statement or diversity statement. Whatever you write about, make it an interesting story.
