With that GPA, to advise you to do anything other than retake (based on the limited info provided) would be a disservice. This I can tell you for sure, 7 points more and you're looking T14 or better.

We may be talking about the difference of over a million dollars over the course of your career.
I agree with retaking the LSAT if you can do better.
