161/3.6 Mexican-American male

Post by barbizon » Tue Oct 25, 2011 3:40 pm

I'm retaking the test in December, but I want to apply soon with my current score to have my application in early.

My dream schools are
Fordham
Minnesota
University of Washington
Hastings
George Washington
Boston College

Do you think any of these are a possibility?

You should be in or close to in for all in my opinion. I would even send one to Georgetown/UCLA/USC, etc.

Also blanket the whole top 20 if you got the money. Specifically, solicit every school for a fee waiver and just pay the $16 processing fee. I believe user Chimp had pretty similar numbers and rode the Waitlist out to get into USC.

+1. There is no reason to think you won't get a at least a T20.

I would add Notre Dame to that list, but I am biased.

I would add at least the lower T-14 and Berkeley to that list. You could end up being this guy: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/bayareadunks/jd

I appreciate everyone's input tremendously. I've done my best to use LSN as a guide but there aren't too many people that match both my numbers and background.

@Chip: I'd seen that guy's profile on LSN. I'm thinking he may have had exceptional softs! Still, I'm going to add some of the higher ranked schools that he was accepted into for my cycle and hope for the best. Thank you.
