To summarize the LST reports linked above in case you don't feel like reading it, their numbers are very similar at each level and for each type of job, with UVA having a slight edge overall and a noticeable edge for clerkships. As Cavalier indicated, the cost difference is very relevant, because UVA offers only slightly better outcomes overall (so Duke may be a much better value if it's cheaper).
