I am assuming you mean tuition and not total coast of attendance which takes into account cost of living. I know Oregon doesn't give out very much money at all, especially to out of state, and 60k means you pretty much got a full ride. Seriously man, don't go into over 100k in debt at Oregon. It is an alright choice if it was almost a full ride and you are from Oregon.

Couldn't have said it better myself. If you go to SC with ties and want to work in SC afterwards, you're golden. If not, not sure you should go. Why don't you retake and reapply instead?
