My understanding of People's College of the Law is that their mission is to create legal activists, not attorneys per se. They don't strike me as a scam-school, they just have a different mission than most law schools do.

Legal activists who are never able to pass the bar? Yeah no thanks. If you can't pass the bar after 4 tries, please don't run a metropolitan city.
