Are the medians that are listed in the TLS rankings the new medians for this year? Sorry if this has been asked before.

No. However, if your looking for specifics about a particular school, you should take a look at the school's admission page for information. I'd imagine most of the schools have information about the class of 2014 posted, and the class of 2015 will soon be on its way.

No, the ones listed in the TLS rankings are for those who entered in Fall 2011.

Theyll update TLS when USNWR posts official numbers in the fall.
