It's not clear from your OP, but based on your question about asking for more money it sounds like they don't know how much UVA offered you. If so, you need to tell them right now. I'm sure you're not the only one who got in this week who has a competing offer so do this immediately.
I got in off the waitlist and told them about my offer from UVA. They didn't match it but at least gave me enough so that making the switch was an easy choice for me. You've already gotten a good offer so I'm not saying they are going to give you more, but you need to try.
Having said all that, I still think UVA is the best choice in your poll.

Still UVA, for your goals, with your ties, the two schools are not that different. Uchi would have to get to at least 90k to change this, but even then, if you want to be in Charlottesville over Hyde Park, UVA would be the correct response.

If you are just trying to get back to Texas, I don't see how Virginia is not the credited response since you can graduate with only a relatively small amount of debt. Congrats!

Given your scholarship offer I would still say UVA but its right on the line of being close. I definitely wouldn't call you an idiot for accepting Chicago's offer.

Without more information regarding your reason for earning an MBA & any desired concentration, such as finance, then Virginia is the better choice due to lower cost.
Nevertheless, with substantial scholarships from both law schools & great biglaw placement, you can afford to make a lifestyle choice, in my opinion. The environments at Chicago & Virginia are as different as the weather.
P.S. Before deciding, ask Chicago for more money.
