ND would probably be my first choice but they gave no aid and have not responded to my email asking "who can i ask for aid" in format suggested here. Got aid from Illinois but not enough to cover full tuition or living expenses. Again sent request for more aid but no response yet. Kent gave me aid and i could live at home if i attended kent. I want to live in chicago after law school and think i would like to work in States Attorney's office so keeping debt low is key. How long do i wait? Is no news on aid bad news? Any suggestions? The deposit deadline is a week away!

Illinois...for sure. It's not even close. You could probably graduate with <75k in debt and your employment prospects for Chicago will be better than Kent by far. And ND definitely isn't worth paying that much more.
