Public Sector Jobs

Post by tspence13 » Thu Jun 30, 2011 1:24 pm

My stats could potentially get me into a school like Columbia or NYU, but I am not sure whether or not I would want to go since I will be paying sticker and plan to work in the public sector no matter what.

My question is, is it better to go to a lower ranked school where I will receive more money than go to a higher ranked school and gain a lot of debt? I don't want to be stuck in some law firm job that pays well but makes me unhappy just because I have to pay back student loans....

Probably better to take advantage of the great LRAPs that top law schools have.
