ummm usually when you fill out a commitment form, it tells you what you're committing to...like it probably says something like "I have/will immediately withdraw my application from my other acceptances" or something like that...(I believe they usually let you keep waitlisted apps)...so if the new scholarship is from another acceptances that you should have withdrawn from but didn't...may be a problem...
