sorry i missed that you had slashed / the tied schools...im going blind or something...on a serious note though...i think there will be more ties...number 24 actually, i predict 6 ties for that spot

You seriously think GULC will drop to 17 and USC will move to 16? That seems almost inconceivable given the budget situation at USC and its impact on expenses per student, not to mention the intractability of T-14.
