What sort of cutoffs do firms use to hire at the following schools:
Chicago
Virginia
Texas
Is there a huge advantage at Chicago than at the other two schools? What about the rest of the T-14 schools? Are the opportunities at other schools about the same besides geographic regions?

Firms vary. Do you mean what is the lowest you can be and still have a reasonable shot at biglaw? Do you mean what grade cutoff V10's use? V100's? What?
Also, just because you are above the cutoff doesn't necessarily mean your grades give you a chance.
If you want to work in Texas and aren't from there, only UT (and other TX schools) is going to give you a shot in hell at working there. I'd say UChi has a measurable advantage over UVa in terms of firm hiring overall.
