Agreed, but it's tough to bank on DC with this list of schools. UVA (or possibly Duke with a little cash) provides the best bang for the buck in regards to that market, while still providing a decent plan B (i.e. NY).

Given desire for DC Market, I'd figure UVA ED first, then give GW ED a shot. Full tution is nothing to sneeze at, and if deadset on this market, would likely be just as competitive as any of the other schools mentioned given proximity and regional rep...
