Certificate Programs

Post by Capitol A » Thu Sep 02, 2010 12:55 pm

I posted something similar to this a while back, but didn't get a very clear explanation...With my numbers, I hope/expect to get into some middle to lower ranked T1 schools (hoping for W&M, expecting George Mason and SMU). My "safety" is Loyola Chicago (just outside T1 at like 60ish) but they have a REALLY extensive health law program that I would be excited to attend.
Any insight on how much, if at all the experiences in a specialty program like that can negate the difference in school ranking when it comes time for the job hunt?
For additional info, I would really like to work in house for a hospital or health care system, and would be happy living in the regions where each of these schools are located.
Thanks for the help.
