Rutgers - Newark vs. Seton Hall

Post by ejhl2007 » Mon May 03, 2010 4:25 pm

got into both Rutgers Newark and Seton Hall evening division...
no money from either school so full tuition...

my goal after law school is to practice in NJ or DC area... looking for a midsize firm job or corporate job...

any thoughts on which PT program is better?

thanks.

I prefer Seton Hall. SH is more more discerning as to whom they let into Law School. Rutgers Law has been around forever, and they are fairly stagnant.

Go SH.

Seton Hall has better pull, they play a bit better in NY.

All things equal, you would be crazy to pick Seton Hall. It costs TWICE as much! Rutgers makes it easy for students to get in-state tuition. Absolutely no reason to pay full price for Seton Hall and go so far into debt, when Rutgers offers essentially the same options for half the price.
