If you want to do public interest and you're in the enviable position of having to choose between a full-tuition scholarship at CLS or NYU and much less aid at HYS, I may have some spreadsheets and calculations that could prove useful. I've crunched the numbers on all these schools' LRAPs, and using my data you should be able to get a better handle on what the actual cost difference might be. All of this should eventually be up on TLS, but since this is a time-sensitive issue for all of us, I thought I'd give the information while I still can.
If you're interested, send me a PM with the following information:
Remaining undergraduate debt
Expected debt from each law school you want data for
Email address (I need to attach .xls files and whatnot)
Other financial information you think might be pertinent to a comparison of LRAPs
This data has proven useful for me as I face this decision. I hope it is the same for you.
Also, I've not done calculations for other schools (Michigan with the Darrow, Penn with the Levy, etc). The data might prove useful anyhow, and if there is enough demand I might do more calculations.
Some (hopefully) helpful data re: Hamilton/RTK v HYS Forum
