UF vs Emory for Atlanta
UF in-state tuition or Emory at full price if I want to get either a midlaw or biglaw job in Atlanta?

Emory has a better reputation in Atlanta. I also think it would be the best choice long-term especially if you decide to move elsewhere.

Emory for Atlanta for sure (although I wouldn't pay full sticker at Emory, tbh).

in-state tuition at uf is a great deal, but it would be pretty hard to break into atlanta biglaw from uf. really hard, actually. how set are you on atlanta?
if i were you, i would take uf. after some work experience, maybe you can lateral into atlanta and at least you won't be saddled with a ton of debt. i am pretty debt-averse though. also, it is still pretty hard to crack into biglaw from emory too (but much easier than uf).
choosing a law school is highly personal but it basically comes down to this: which is more important to you - little debt or higher chance of atlanta biglaw?
