Final App List: 2.97, 165 (vet, 3.7+ GPA @ DG university)

I have a 2.97 and a 165 LSAT (162 on my first take). I have a 3.7+ at my degree granting school, but I had a 2.4 at the first college I attended. I worked full time for a couple years, then went to my 2nd school, did well, and here I am. I would say I have average to above average softs (being a vet of the US Marines is the best part).
Here is my final application list. I would like to know if any of these schools are a complete waste of application money or if I have absolutely zero chance at any of them (or if you think of a school that I should add).
