2.7/178 what are my chances?

It used to be 2015-20 you would hear stories all the time on tls or lsn where someone with a 2.7/178 would get into uva, Georgetown, Michigan, northwestern, ucla, notre dame
I’m not sure now if admissions have grown harder since for splitters but you don’t hear those particular acceptances anymore with those stats
With a 2.7/178 and years separating me from gpa and a compelling story, is
1. Georgetown and Northwestern possible since the latter used to like splitters with WE, at least prior to 2020
2. UCLA? Note Dame?
3. Any UC schools? Irvine, southern cal, San Diego
What are the chances of hitting one if I apply to all 8 mentioned
