What is your LSAC GPA? That’s a very critical piece of information and no one can accurately chance you without it.

175 is an excellent LSAT score. I would say you’re in HLS if your LSAC GPA is 3.85 or higher and you’re in CLS if your LSAC GPA is 3.7 or higher. And you’re probably in the rest of the T14 (except possibly YLS or SLS) with a 3.6 or higher.

Sounds like since OP's BA is international it won't translate to LSAC and the only relevant stat is the LSAT. I think OP is a very strong candidate with strong (albeit non unicorn) softs. It's hard to predicts things especially about the future, but imo OP should apply across the T13 and will likely get good results overall.

Thanks for the replies so far. Should've probably made it a bit clearer in the original post, but I graduated with a First and that translated into a Superior when my transcript was evaluated by CAS. I understand that's going to be a negligible part of my application as it cannot be reported by schools (and will most likely just be an indication that I can probably handle academic rigour).

It’s international and ranked superior, as in the post title. It’s not really a factor except that it’s good enough not to rule them out anywhere.

OP, I think you have a good shot across the T14.

Sorry, I wasn't familiar with the whole "superior" thing for international degrees. In that case, I'm honestly not sure. You should have a great shot everywhere, in my opinion, but I would ask other international applicants and try to find some sort of data on how international applicants fare in admissions to top schools.

Semi International myself who went to a golden triangle uni w/ superior. Yeah, apply broadly to the T14. You'll get some bites.

I had identical stats (175/S) and comparable softs when I applied 8 years ago, no dice at HYS but accepted with 30-50% off at CCN and full rides/almost full rides at lower t14s (cornell, northwestern, georgetown), waitlisted at most of the middle t14s. You'll probably be fine. Good luck.

Hello all,

I recently received a 175 on the April LSAT and was wondering where I stood for next cycle. I'm an American/British dual citizen and graduated in 2020 from a T5 school in the UK. I'll be doing an MPhil in History at Oxbridge starting this October.

I've got the regular T-2/T-3 softs: I received an award for the highest scoring final-year thesis in my department. During my time in university I worked part-time over the course of two years for a peer in the House of Lords. I spent my summers interning at a large conglomerate in Hong Kong. And, I spent a good deal of time in the Singaporean army post-college. As a Singaporean permanent resident I had spent two years in the military. I was first deployed as a medic specialist in an infantry battalion and then as a medic in a military clinic. Did some frontline Covid work and a lot of emergency response/first aid.

HLS/CLS are my two reaches, but I was wondering if you all might have some insight into how I would fair getting into some of those more international friendly schools down the T-14 (Cornell, Duke, etc.).
I had 174/Superior, T3 softs. I got into HLS, Columbia and NW, WLed at NYU and Penn, and was rejected by YLS, SLS and Michigan. 20-21 Cycle. I’d say OP has a decent shot at all the international friendly schools (HLS, Columbia, NYU, Duke, NW, Cornell, Georgetown).
