What are my chances of getting into top US law schools with a 3.3 GPA and 170 LSAT considering I am an international student and a physician with a bachelor's degree in medicine (MBBS) from an old government medical college in India? Will my type of degree improve or hamper my chances?

Is 3.3 the GPA you got from LSAC, or just what's on your transcript? A foreign transcript usually results in no reportable GPA, in which case you have decent changes thanks to the 170.

3.3/170 on the other hand would be a rather marginal statline for the T20 these days.

I received no gpa in my transcript. My gpa is from lsac. I got 55% on my mbbs exams taken together, which is pretty standard in my country
