Hey guys. I'm extremely debt averse, and I'm afraid of the rising medians across all law schools.

I'm signed up for October, and I'm realistically expecting 165-167 (PT scores).

Should I apply next cycle guys with a better LSAT? I want to be at T-20s with at least a half scholarship.

TLDR: 3.83 GPA/ 165 LSAT apply next cycle for $$$?

Thanks a bunch!

Wait till next cycle and retake. With a 167 or so you should get into a T20 with a small scholly. If medians go down it could be a half one. What're your goals?

Scholarships at the lower t20 schools should be doable; full rides might also be on the table. If scholarships are truly a non-negotiable, you could probably benefit from waiting until next cycle and working in a relevant field in the meantime. You could also study for the LSAT more during this time and put yourself in the t14 scholarship conversation if you can hit 170, assuming that you don't in October (in which case I would say absolutely apply this cycle).
