Your softs are fine. You've got a decent GPA and a decent LSAT score, and URM so you'll get a decent boost.
I'd think you'd be competitive for the T20 schools and get a good scholarship to T1 schools (may get into a couple of T14s or get some scholly to a T20 though, you are a wild card, so take your shot everywhere you'd be interested in practicing). Go to the best T1 or better school for the cheapest possible.
You may snag a T14 spot, but I'd think you'd really need to boost to a 165 to secure a spot in the T6 or safely secure one in the T14.
