2.9 GPA/177 LSAT

Hello,
I was wondering what sort of schools I should focus on for my applications.
Background:
Nationality - Canadian
Undergraduate - BA in Philosophy from a Top Canadian University
Work Experience - 2 years as an investment analyst for a Canadian pension fund.
LSAT- 177
GPA: 2.9
Age - 27
Target Schools - US top 20 programs
The GPA is abysmal because I was working full-time due to financial restrictions, I have a 4.0 in my last year of undergraduate where I didn't have to work full-time. Do I have a shot with the t14 schools, should I just blanket the entire list minus HYS, Berkeley, Chicago?
thanks in advance.
