Top Law Schools

Just got my August Flex score, and it was a 171 - 2 points below my PT average, and only twice have I scored lower than this (once on the diagnostic and once on a PT, while almost every other test was 173-175, out of the 20 or so that I did). I've been out of undergrad for five years; been working at the federal government in a law-related but low-ranking capacity for the last three years, and had international work experience previously (in Beijing for EU-related work). My current boss is writing my LOR for me, and I think it'll be a pretty good one; may get an academic LOR as well from one of my undergrad profs who taught my trade law courses.

I've been thinking about a cheeky NU ED application, but the goal is really to go anywhere in the T20 with $$$ (or T13 with $$). Is that a realistic goal with a 3.3/171, or should I really think about retaking in November?

No harm in applying ED to NU, though you won’t get it. It might give you a very slight RD admissions boost.

You’re guaranteed $$$$ at WUSTL. Decent Chances of $-$$ throughout T20. I would submit apps at Penn down through the T20 with the exception of Berk and USC. Those two schools are splitter-averse.
