3.8/177, K-JD/Non-urm - Admission and Scholarship chances?

Will be applying to all T14 except Yale and Stanford because I have no chances there. I might try Harvard but I doubt I have a chance there either with my low GPA and unremarkable background. I'm guessing at CCN, one of them may accept me if I apply to all 3 (increasing the odds).
My extracurriculars are unremarkable for a KJD
I will have really good LORs from my professors who when asked, said they would give me "the highest praise"
I will probably have a good personal statement, I'm a really good writer

You would be extremely ill-advised to not apply to every single school within the T14. Get fee waivers and just put in the application. A 3.8 is not abysmal when paired with a 177.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think I would be competitive for any full ride scholarships at any of the T14s?

You'll be competitive for scholarships everywhere, even CCN. Just make sure your personal statement is good. Could have a shot at a Ruby at Chicago or even Hamilton at Columbia. Will def get a full ride offer at bottom of T14 somewhere.
