Political science and economics degree from Fordham.

3.81 gpa

Decent softs
1 year of work experience as a financial analyst at bulge bracket investment bank. Looking to go into big law in NYC.

With my numbers and work experience, do I have a shot at the top 6?

Yes, you're live everywhere, although Yale/Stanford are tough for anyone and your GPA might hold you back at those two.

Congrats in advance on the massive CCN scholarship which your numbers make you a likely target for.

You have an excellent shot at the T6. I think the real question for you is whether you will get HYS. I think you’re in at H, as long as you assemble a decent app. YS is hard to predict for anyone, but throw apps at them and see what sticks. You should have a great cycle.

Thank you! How do you figure a potential hyper-competitive cycle will factor into my outcomes?

Idk, it would make your outcomes worse on average? "Hyper-competitive cycle" is kind of vague.
