Applying 2020 or 2021

I feel like I don't have enough Intel to make this decision and I would love everyone`s opinions.
Because I don't know what state I want to practice in I feel like I am just super stuck. I took the may flex and got a 147 (which sucks I know). I was thinking about just applying to my state school (rank #75) on the off chance they will accept me just so I could start Fall 2020.
I don't have a dream school or a state I want to practice in, but I do know I want to be a prosecutor and study criminal law.
Does it make sense to just go to my state school without scholarship? Or should I bust my ass, take the LSAT again and try for a higher ranked school with scholarship?
