Top 8 schools
With the caveat that I have literally no idea what the "Top 8" are supposed to be, you have pretty good chances everywhere but Yale and maybe H/S, where your LSAT is on the soft side. I would strongly recommend applying to the entire T13 to maximize your chances of getting a big scholarship. Good luck.
eta: if your undergrad was H or Y that could help at that particular school, although I still don't think you're better than 50/50.

Your undergrad, prestigious internship, and prestigious post grad jobs don't really matter. URM/not + GPA + LSAT drive 95% of an application.
I can't imagine getting into HYS with those numbers. Decent shot at CCN down. With those numbers, you're probably going to have a wild cycle. You could end up on a lot of waitlists and then in at NYU with $$. While your GPA isn't ideal, Harvard doesn't need to be off the table. Improving your LSAT by 3-4 points, which is very doable in the low- to mid-160s, will massively change your outcomes in terms of helping you avoid waitlists, getting you in at H, and getting you $$$$. Stanford is, in many ways, less predictable than Yale, so it could be on the table with an improved LSAT. I think Yale is just generally off the table but for a massive LSAT improvement.
