Chance me - realistic expectations.

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!
I'll get right to it. My goal is to apply as early as possible this next cycle with the goal of starting law school in Fall of 2021.
My current stats are 2.8 GPA (3.5 Major GPA) / 164 LSAT. My first three semesters in college were a mixture of laziness and just having too much fun but there is a huge change in my grades after that. Is this something I can address/explain on my addendums?
The LSAT score is a year old and I will take it a second time this summer with the hopes of getting my score bumped up a few more points.
By the time I start applying to law schools later this year, I will be 3.5 years out of undergrad. Some of my additional stats/info includes: Pre-Law PAD in college and a fraternity - held leadership positions in both and did a decent amount of community service and volunteering.
During undergrad, I interned in a congressman's local office and at a federal district court under the clerk.
Since college, I have worked in the insurance sector as a risk manager and account executive for one of the top 10 brokerages. More recently, I've been involved in training newer employees and salespeople with the technical aspects of the industry and I should officially become a "manager" in some capacity by this summer.
Through my company, I have also participated in some charity and community service events. I have earned three professional designations (ARM, RPLU and AAI).
Assuming nothing crazy happens, by the time I start law school I would have 4.5 years of professional experience with a year or so in a leadership/management role.
Other miscellaneous stuff: I submitted a paper my senior year of undergrad for a competition and placed 2nd (only 1st place got published in our school's paper). I was featured in a podcast for my industry and have discussed being brought back for specific topics. Anyway I can incorporate that into my application(s)?
Thanks to everyone in advance!
