3.65 GPA, what are my chances for T14

Hey guys I am currently a junior at a top 25 US national university. I recently decided to apply to law school after undergrad so and I have a ton of questions.
major: double major, hard stem+philosophy
GPA: 3.65 (I am really worried since I am studying abroad in my entire junior year and the grades here cannot be factored into LSAC GPA)
Non-URM but international student
LSAT: practicing and aiming for 170+
Soft: founded a company in China; think tank internship; big business firm (Fortune 50) internship; study abroad at LSE; and other on-campus extra-curricular.
My ultimate goal is CLS, which I know is a long shot given my GPA. Generally, my goal is T14 and preferably with some scholarship. Should I graduate and work for a year so that my senior year GPA can be factored in?
Any other advice will be also much appreciated.
