I know it sounds like a long shot, but what are my chances at GWU, Fordham, and BC?

Traditional non-URM from a big state school

GPA- 2.9 (upward trend, good in-major GPA after major switch from Biology)
LSAT- 165

Softs:
-elected to the board of education in one of the biggest cities in my state against 12 other candidates, manage a $200 million budget as part of the Finance Committee
-good LORs
-intern at a leading pharma company

P.S. Which one, if any of the three, would ED give me the best chance at?
Applying this week (so pretty early on in the cycle)

Slim but real chances at all three - you'd be all-but-guaranteed to attend at sticker price at any of the three which is not a great outcome anyway. You need to get your LSAT up so you can get a scholarship at one of these schools.

Why would you ED? None of these are good options at sticker. Where do you want to work and what are your goals at graduation?

If you want BigLaw and don't object to paying sticker, you'd be better retaking the LSAT and applying to a T-13 school that gives a good ED boost. Even then, that 2.9 will make it a challenge, but a score in the 170s might get you there.

Otherwise, you should be looking to lower your debt as much as possible by finding a T1 school the places folk in the region you want and which offers you the most $$$.
