Chances at Minnesota? (3.4, 164, late cycle applicant)

What are my chances at Minnesota with a 3.4 undergrad GPA from Wisconsin (grad 2016), and a 164 Lsat. I was hoping for a better score and will retake the March Lsat. I have pretty strong LOR, but I imagine everybody does. I’m fortunate enough that money isn’t an issue.

Lastly a general question, how are applicants who have sub 25th percentile undergrad GPA’s but Median lsat scores looked upon by schools?
