Hello all! I am planning on applying next fall with a 3.7 and 176. I am currently trying to assemble a good mix of reaches, matches, and safeties for law school applications. My main question is: should I apply to Harvard Law (i.e. do I stand a chance)?
My undergrad was within the top 30 (USNWR) and I majored in social sciences with many upper-level and grad level courses. I also have work experience (<2 years).
Apologies if none of the details are important, I have never posted here before. I have used LSN, but the acceptance rate seems rather high for my numbers for HLS (with a very small sample size). Thanks in advance for any help!

You should certainly apply to HLS, as well as to the remaining T13 schools. I don't see a need to apply to "safeties" outside the T13, though you could consider tossing a specific T20 or two into the mix if you want.

I got in with those numbers a few cycles ago. I applied on day on and got accepted at the end of March.

Yes, and you will very likely be admitted. As other posters have advised, you should blanket the T13 and take a good, hard look at any full tuition merit scholarships you may receive.smugpug430 wrote:3.7 and 176 [...] should I apply to Harvard Law?
