168 lsat/3.54 gpa

New to this forum. Thank you in advance!
I just found out that I got a 168 on the november take. My gpa is 3.54. What are my chances of getting into the NYC or LA schools with some scholarship? I am thinking of Fordham, USC, Berkerly, or UCLA. I know my chances of NYU or Columbia are dirt poor and I am not willing to pay sticker even if by some miracle I get in.
Aiming for health law or patent law since I have a science background. I am non-trad with 4 years work experience in healthcare. Any advice is very much appreciated.
