Realistically, what are my chances?

So, my LSAT score (as of right now) is a 154 and my GPA is a 3.89. So for a decent amount of schools, I am going to be at or near their 25th percentile for LSAT and over the 75th percentile for GPA. Does this give me a realistic shot at these schools? Or would it be more likely that I get denied due to my LSAT score being on the low end? I have heard both sides, and I am not quite sure of what the truth is. Please be honest, I need to be as realistic as possible when I start applying. Thanks guys!

Above are your current chances. Below are your chances if you get your LSAT to 165. This is one of the most obvious retake situations I've ever seen. With enough focus and effort, 165 isn't outside of the realm of possibility, even if you're a "bad" test taker.
