Chance me T14s? 3.91/169

Everything in the title essentially. Current undergrad senior at stellar state school . 3.91 gpa, 169 LSAT. Got a 169 on 1st test 168 on a retake:(. Not taking it again.
Pretty good softs. Internship with DA and Public Defender, Undergrad Law review.
Will apply to a fair amount of T14. Aiming for Duke, NYU, or Chicago.
Also will apply to Harvard just because.

Unfortunately, NYU's median is back up to 170, and Chicago's is likely 171, so you'll have to settle for Duke--or UVA, which likes 3.9ers.

For 170 to be the median, half the class are at or below 170. We can reasonably assume NYU and Chicago have a decent number of high 160s in the class. MyLSN suggests there's about a 50% chance at NYU with $$$, and a very slim chance at Chicago paying sticker.
OP should blanket Chicago and below with apps, particularly schools where they are above the GPA 75th percentile.
